Justin is the worst rep. Always has an attitude, doesn’t keep you informed, when you ask for estimate time he answers with sarcasm and not accurate. I was told I could wait in the lobby shouldn’t take more than an hour, and it took 2 hours. I have had to travel all the way to the airport’s dealership for better service. This oil change I was forced to do it with him because I was short in time as I let them know, if not I would have not mind investing more gas and miles and go to the Airport dealer. Way better and professional service.
