Confirmed Service Customer
I arrived letting the service guy know that I have a 7am appointment for a oil change. Without even pulling up the account he recommends a tire rotation. I advised that I had that on the last visit and he proceeds to say you need one with every oil change. Sir are you serious? STOP IT. I advised that we will wait for the service and requested and a car wash and advised that I wanted to us my points to pay for my service. He said sure. We waited over a hour wish was fine . I received a text asking me if I wanted to include a tire rotation again and something else. I asked why was the text sent when we already went over what I requested. When the car came out. It was not washed and I had to remind him about the points again. I was very disappointed in the service.
