I was hard on my rep and he handled it well. My truck has less than 50K miles and from the day I bought it, it had an issue with tranny slipping and shifting poorly. I was told they "put the wrong fluid in it at the factory". This issue is electrical. I say "is" because it started acting up again yesterday. I had my daughter film it so I don't need another several hundred dollar diagnostic fee this time. Please have my rep call me at 321-217-3803 to schedule another appointment. I just dropped 1000 bucks there and the electrical issue I brought it in for isn't fixed. I did purchase a 7 year warranty when I purchased the truck. Please reference warranty in your system prior to calling me. I would also like you to consider refunding me the diagnostic fee from last time as I had already replaced a battery and the work you did on my truck did not address my problem. Again, my rep was nice but the thousand bucks I spent didn't fix my issue. I look forward to your call.
