To begin, the people at the dealership are terrific. The failure is GM. My first visit on June 7th was to have a missing parking assist installed. When that was done, I was told that GM needs to transmit an authorization code , which could take days. On my 2nd visit, June 13th, the code was installed and the software update failed. The tech called GM and a service problem is reported to GM. Again, no idea when it will be resolved. Very disappointed in GM. If this ever gets resolved, I hope only a 3rd service appointment is required.
