The overall buying experience went well. We had already negotiated our deal via phone and text day before. Car and test drive were waiting for us upon arrival. Staff and others polite, friendly, facility nice and clean. This was a cash deal so having to deal with finance manager at end trying to sell extended was a waste of time and left impression car would start breaking down at 36k miles. I will return to this dealership when ready for my next Silverado.
