Wished would have know more about the onStar and it's package deals you offer before activating it all. It's wasn't the activating part but the part that felt like was done without explaining anything. I didn't hear, but my mom heard asked if I wanted to set it up now. So when the phone started ringing was connected to onStar reps. I told them I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS NOW. I'm tired after long day and wanted to drive home.. I know how to get home. But they didn't do what I wished. and went ahead and started all the services. That I know nothing about, I don't want to be billed money monthly so of course I called them back and ask them why did they turn on onStar. So they disabled and turn off. Which ok that was annoying doing in the parking lot at the dealer for 30 min. Shouldn't have taken that long but ok. So now that I have time to review all those services, I would like to try the one month trial of WiFI but NOT onStar. Now that I know what all the services are, I want to start. Guess what, since they started it with-out my permission and since I called ask them to put it back, was not even 1 min later. I am unable to use the FREE WiFi service. I am disappointed, basically I love the car but I am disappointed the very moment I stat in my new car. That really sucks. My first brand new car and I���m sitting there very unhappy and very annoyed for 30 min. Please do not do this to people. onStar Service isn't just one thing and should be explained before activating anything. After four days of owing the car, I call onStar and just very disappointed again so basically two of the four day I'm not happy about the purchase. Oh and also I had the thought of re-turning the car right away when I realized I didn't have Internet. I freak out thinking that I would not be about to use my Phone HostSpot and if I wasn't I would most definitely would have returned this car. Also there several time that I men tended to the insurance gm guy, final guy that dude this is an electric car.. there for no oil change. Dude this is an electric car you do not use the break peddle much at all, you can go 100,000 miles with-out ever replacing the break pads. Should be mentioned break cleaning service not break replace meant service. Come on step up your game, this is the future.
