I went in to get a simple oil change tire rotation, and drain plug replacement in total. It took five hours with no communication by hour mark three I went up to the desk and they said they had to go get the drain plug and they listed an address. I’m not from this area so I didn’t know where that was by 5 o’clock. HOur mark five I got to the desk again and they said your car has been done for an hour. We thought you walked out on us and I didn’t. They did not make any opportunities to walk out to the waiting room to go see me and then the service advisor When I asked how expensive it was said we make our own prices.
