The advisor was kind and cordial but I took the car for oil change and tire rotation and multi inspection and it took almost the entire day. I authorized the filter and was not in the dealer. When I called they told me it was ready but ehen i went out of the dealer my car stop all of sudden in Colonial and i was stuck without being able to move. I called the dealer and eas told to come back. I was able to turn on the engine again and get to the dealer. They review it and it was that they forgot to connect something with the air and that cause the light to turn on and the car to stop. Kevin was very kind trying to solve the problem but it shouldn’t happen. You take your car to the dealer to have a better and reliable service. The filter was ordered and didn’t arrive on time so I told Kevin to wait until I come back as I am traveling. I was disappointed for the mistake the mechanic did.
