Confirmed Service Customer
Call 407 295 7000 to schedule an oil change and front end alignment for my 2015 corvette. The representative gave me an appointment for the same day. We confirmed my call back numbers. Showed up for the appointment and was told that I did not have an appointment on the schedule. After a few minutes of trying to figure out what happened. A service representative said he called the "call center" to say they could not accept that appointment. Knowing it would take 3 hours to service the car, I drove 35 minutes with another driver with me so I could leave the car. When I asked what we going to do to solve my issue, the service advisor said to call back when they were not so busy. I said that wasn't acceptable to me. I said I could leave the car and wanted it serviced. 5 days later I was able to pick up my car with service completed with an additional two front tires which the car needed. When I called to check on my car after punching option 3 it would transfer to the service department and just ring until it was disconnected. After 30 minutes of trying, a receptionist finally picked the phone. She put me on hold and then connected me to my service advisor. A couple of days later when I call to check on the car's status, I had the same phone experience. When a receptionist picked up the phone, she put me on hold found the status of my car and told me. The appointment making not being accepted and the no response when trying to use the phone system is totally frustrating. It does not speak well for what you are truing to do. We have purchased our last 4 cars through autonation. This is the most frustrating experience I have had with them. It felt like the advisors were overwhelmed and had no power to resolve an issue. ...... Joe Sherwood

GYLENN WAS AMAZING. COMMUNICATED VERY WELL. SURPRISED AFTER SPENDING 2500$ ON MY CORVETTE THAT IT WASN'T CLEANED WHEN I PICKED IT UP.
