I wasn’t contacted at all about the progress of my car and it took close to a month. By the time it was finished I was out of town for work, didn’t receive the message, and then was threatened that I’d be charged extra if I didn’t pick it up while I was still away. For a place that just charged over 10k for the job you’d think I’d be treated with some thought and kindness.
