Confirmed Service Customer

I wasn���t contacted at all about the progress of my car and it took close to a month. By the time it was finished I was out of town for work, didn���t receive the message, and then was threatened that I���d be charged extra if I didn���t pick it up while I was still away. For a place that just charged over 10k for the job you���d think I���d be treated with some thought and kindness.
